  • Is the purchase offer final?
    Yes. Once the offer submitted, you will have up to 7 days to accept it.
  • Does the service charge any commission?
    No. Swifthome is not a real estate agency. This is a direct transaction between the owner and Swifthome. Thus, no third party to remunerate.
  • When do I need to move out?
    Depending on your situation, 2 options are available: your accommodation is vacant, you can hand-over the keys - the transaction process is closed within 7 days. On the other hand if you need more time to vacate your accommodation (max. 18 months), a forward sale contract will be signed at the notary. You will get 20% deposit of the purchase and receive the balance once you move out.
  • What is the visit process?
    One of our experts will get in touch with you to come visit your property for a detailed valuation where few criteria such as the location, the neighborhood, the maintenance, and eventual repairs will be considered. Documents related to your property might be requested and of course, few pictures will be taken to help establish our offer.
