Is the sale offer final?
Yes. Once the offer submitted, you will have up to 7 days to
accept it.

Does the service charge any commission?
No. Swifthome is not a real estate agency. You are selling your
home directly to Swifthome. Thus, no third party to remunerate.

When do I need to move out?
Depending on your situation, 2 options are available: your
accommodation is vacant, you can hand-over the keys - the
transaction process is closed within 7 days. On the other hand if
you need more time to vacate your accommodation (max. 18 months),
a forward sale contract will be signed at the notary. You will get
20% deposit and receive the balance once you move out.

What is the visit process?
One of our experts will get in touch with you to come visit your
property for a detailed valuation. He will consider few criteria
such as the location, the neighborhood, the maintenance, and
eventual repairs. He might also request some documents related to
your property and of course, will take few pictures to finalize
our offer.

How do you estimate the value of my property?
Our calculation tool is based on the model used by Swiss banks for
granting mortgages. This model analyzes thousands of
properties sold recently and incorporates both criteria specific
to your property (surface area, year of construction, etc.) and
criteria relating to location (public transport, shops, schools,
etc.)

Can I choose my notary?
Yes, you are free to choose a notary at your convenience.

What if I am already using the service of a broker?
In general, brokerage mandates allow you to sell your property
yourself. There is nothing preventing you from selling it to
Swifthome.

Which type of accommodations is eligible for an immediate
purchase?
Swifthome buys apartments and houses as-is. We are active in Geneva and Vaud.

My property is not located in the selected area, can I still get
an offer?
Yes. Kindly proceed to the assessment process and leave your
contact details. We will get in touch with you separately.
