It all began with a call from a local broker who asked us to step in on a particularly delicate sales mandate.

The owner absolutely needed to sell her apartment by a specific date - a condition linked to the purchase of a new property that was already signed. The funds from the sale of her current home were essential to complete the acquisition.

Despite several visits and six months on the market, the apartment still hadn’t found a buyer. Like many homeowners, she had underestimated the time needed to complete a property sale.
